Corrently, however, for the economic and political purposes, some Listed Companies in our country take advantage of some of the legal means or accounting frauds to whitewash accounting reports, manipulate the accounting imformation which results in distortion of accounting information and harms the national and social interests of the public. Also, the phenomenon is increasingly serious which has already been a hidden danger to the socio-economic development, especially the stock market development in our county.
