乙方確認並同意，甲方所有信息為甲方的財產，除非根據在本合同履行為甲方提供服務而特別需要者外，本合同項下並沒有授予（乙方）任何明示或暗示的使用甲方（或其子公司）的信息或知識產權的許可。

Neither this Contract, nor any rights, obligations, and other interests of Party B may be assigned by Party B, in whole or in part, by operation or law, in connection with a change in control, or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Party A, and any purported assignment of same shall be void. This contract shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their successors and permitted assigns.
未經甲方事先書面同意，乙方不得全部或部分將本合同、乙方在合同項下的任何權利、義務及其他利益，通過運營或法律手段，以與改變控股相關的方式或其他方式轉讓給他人，任何此類意圖的轉讓均無效力。本合同對雙方具有約束力，並有益於雙方及其繼承人和許可的受讓人的利益。
