這次培訓不僅教會了我們很多做社區發展工作的方法和技巧，也讓我們得到了壹次深刻的反省和認識，我們開始調整方案、從災區孩子的真正需求入手，讓他們的需求來引導我們的工作方向。?

We?have?learned?tremendously?about?the?methods?and?techniques?of?community?development?work?as?well?as?attained?deeper?reflection?and?awareness.?We?had?since?adjusted?our?plans?accordingly.?We?began?with?the?actual?needs?of?the?children?from?the?disaster?stricken?areas,?letting?their?needs?to?guide?us?on?our?direction?of?work.
2、4月11日，到成都參加社工協會的座談會。?
這次座談會的主題是研究、討論各個社工服務站在基層的工作如何開展；如何將機構和基層的需求緊密有效的連接在壹起；如何成功的退出社區；以及機構以後的生存和發展問題。?

The?theme?of?this?forum?was?to?examine?and?discussing?how?to?deploy?the?ground?work?of?various?social?service?stations;?how?to?closely?and?effectively?linking?the?needs?between?the?organization?and?grass-roots;?how?to?successfully?withdraw?from?the?community;?and?the?issues?of?the?existence?and?development?of?the?organization?in?the?future.
3、4月11日，資助人郝老師到任家坪看望孩子朱蜻。?
郝老師此行不僅讓災區的孩子感受到了外界的溫暖，也讓郝老師等有愛心的人士深深的為之感動。?

Teacher?Hao’s?recent?visit?not?only?has?provided?the?child?with?the?warmth?from?the?outside?world,?it?has?also?deeply?touched?many?caring?individuals,?including?the?teacher?himself.
4、4月12日，災區兒童“我的夏日願望”巡回攝影、繪畫展，上海站開展。?
此次巡展引起了社會的普遍關註和極大反響，越來越多的人在地震發生壹年後，又重新關註災區，關註災區的孩子，也讓更多的孩子通過此次巡展找到資助人，開始他們美好的新生活。?
4.?12th?of?April,?The?launching?of?“My?summer’s?wish”?touring?photography?and?painting?exhibitions,?Shanghai?stop,?from?the?children?of?the?disaster?stricken?areas.
The?touring?exhibition?has?managed?to?increase?the?awareness?and?concerns?from?the?society?in?general?and?met?with?huge?response.?More?and?more?people?are?paying?close?attention?again?even?it?has?been?a?year?after?the?earthquake,?both?to?the?disaster?stricken?areas?and?the?affected?children.?It?has?also?enabled?more?children?to?find?for?themselves?a?sponsor?(patron),?to?help?start?a?better?new?life.
5、4月23日，到樂山看望兩個“遺傳性大皰性表皮松解癥”的孩子（萬麗紅、萬雨晴）。?
在了解到孩子的基本情況後，我們帶著任家坪孩子的資料壹起，找到了相關醫院，咨詢到該病的起因、治療及費用等方面的壹系列問題，並努力尋找資源，爭取盡快為孩子們安排就醫，早日擺脫痛苦。?
5.?23rd?of?April,?Went?to?Leshan?to?visit?two?children?diagnosed?with?Hereditary?epidermolysis?bullosa,?Wan?Lihong?and?Wan?Yuqing?.
After?getting?a?better?understanding?of?the?children’s?basic?conditions,?we?carried?with?us?the?children’s?information?of?the?RenJiaPing?to?locate?the?relevant?hospital.?After?getting?the?advisory?about?the?cause?of?the?disease,?the?treatments?and?the?cost?of?treatment?etc,?we?tried?to?look?for?the?resources?to?arrange?the?children?for?medical?treatment?as?soon?as?possible,?hoping?they?could?end?their?suffering?earlier.
經驗和教訓：?
1、由於板房區內外界進入的資源比較豐富，有圖書室、有投影儀（放電影用）、有活動室等，為了不讓資源重復使用，造成浪費，我們和相關管理人員達成協議，在有需要的情況下，可以隨意利用他們的資源，來滿足孩子們的願望。比如，我們組織孩子閱讀的時候，可以不論時間、不計數量的借用他們的圖書；我們也可以借用他們的場地和設備，為孩子們播放有教育意義的卡通片等。?
2、由於之前的工作走了大量的彎路，沒有好好利用手上的現有資源來幫助我們工作的開展。BGR培訓之後，我們重新理清思路、調整方案，調動當地政府的積極性。比如：跟當地***青團團委合作，由他們在板房區內尋找需要助養、助醫的孩子家庭，由他們填寫資料，當工作人員外出的時候，由他們跟家庭聯系等等。
Experiences?and?lessons?learned:
1.?BanFang?district?has?better?resources?that?was?poured?into?it?from?the?outside?world.?It?has?libraries,?overhead?projectors?(to?project?movies),?activity?rooms?etc.?To?prevent?a?repeat?of?resources?that?entails?wastefulness,?we?have?reached?an?agreement?with?the?relevant?managers?that?their?resources?can?be?used?to?fulfill?the?children’s?wish?when?needed.?For?example,?when?organizing?for?children’s?reading,?we?can?borrow?from?them?the?books?without?the?restriction?of?time?and?quantity.?We?also?can?borrow?their?venues?and?equipments?to?broadcast?some?educational?cartoons?for?the?children?etc.
2.?We?have?walked?numerous?detours?in?the?previous?jobs?that?we?didn’t?fully?utilize?the?on?hand?resources?to?help?us?in?our?works?(不是很明白妳這裏所指的意思).?After?the?BGR?training,?we?have?since?restructured?our?thinking,?readjusted?our?plans,?capitalizing?on?(直接翻譯是mobilizing，俺不覺得恰當)?the?enthusiasm?of?the?local?government.?For?example,?cooperating?with?the?committee?members?of?the?local?Communist?Youth?League;?let?them?responsible?to?look?for?the?children’s?families?in?the?BanFang?area?that?need?financial?help?and?medical?assistance;?Let?them?filing?up?the?information?and?contacting?with?the?families?when?the?staffs?are?absent?etc.
