在美國，Deloitte & Touche USA LLP是德勤全球的英國法律組織的美國成員公司。在美國，這些服務由 Deloitte & Touche USA LLP(Deloitte & Touche LLP，Deloitte Consulting LLP，Deloitte Tax LLP, 及其附屬機構)的附屬機構提供，而不是由Deloitte & Touche USA LLP提供。作為美國壹家領先的專業服務公司，其下屬企業在多達80個城市裏提供審計、稅務規劃、咨詢和財務顧問業務，並擁有3萬多員工。

自1972年，德勤在香港特別行政區擁有了辦事機構，這是幾次成功並購的結果。在1989年，Deloitte Haskins & Sells International 和在1975年與日本的審計公司 Tohmatsu Awoki & Sanwa 聯合的Touche Ross International 合並，形成了Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu， 即德勤全球。Spicer & Oppenheim 於1991年加入了我們在香港特別行政區和英國的國際網絡。1997年，德勤與香港特別行政區最大的華人會計師事務所“關黃陳方會計師事務所”合並。
在2004年，德勤宣布其5年計劃，於中國大陸，香港特別行政區及澳門特別行政區投資1億5千萬美元，這亦是德勤創建百多年來對單壹市場所註入的最大壹筆的投資。2005年，德勤中國宣布與中國大陸兩家優秀的本地會計師事務所——北京天健和深圳天健信德進行合並。這兩家事務所擁有大規模的客戶群，並為大型國有企業、金融機構及中國本地客戶提供服務。該兩項合並將有助實現德勤於中國發展的遠見，並提高我們服務高增長的本土市場的能力。
自上個世紀80年代以來，我們增設了事務所，在中國大陸及港澳地區擁有逾5,500名員工，分布在北京、大連、廣州、香港、澳門、重慶、南京、上海、深圳、蘇州、武漢和天津。在德勤中國，各個級別的每壹位員工都認真地執行職業道德行為的責任。

The member firms of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (DTT) are governed by a set of shared values which guide their actions in everything they do. These four values — Integrity, Outstanding Value to Markets and Clients, Commitment to Each Other and Strength from Cultural Diversity — are essential to member firms’ ability to join together their diverse practices, cultures and business functions. DTT member firms consider them to be fundamental statements about how they act as individuals and as an organization — both locally and globally.
DTT's member firms' shared values commit them to the highest levels of ethics, integrity and quality. To help reinforce and sustain the behaviors that reflect these shared values, DTT has developed an Ethics & Compliance program including a set of ethical principles. These principles have been adopted by all member firms and define the standards of ethical and professional behavior that unite all the people of DTT and its member firms. In every instance, this ethical orientation guides member firms to act with honesty and integrity — doing not only what is legal, but what is right.
