97年我調到剛成立的信息中心，對計算機只感到的新鮮、好奇。分局安排我到武漢大學脫產學習，給了我壹個理想實現的機會。在這壹年中，我同其他分局的同行們壹起，系統的學習了計算機的基礎知識和應用軟件，從DOS、WPS到編程、網絡……春夏秋冬，放棄了寒暑假，放棄了節假日，放棄了朋友們的壹次次聚會，壹年中沒有回過幾次襄樊，終於以優異的成績完成了全部課程。
隨著信息社會的到來，在征管改革的深化進程中，微機作為信息化的媒介，以其巨大的容量，便捷的方式，超人的速度，豐富的資源，迅猛的登上了稅收工作的舞臺 ，成為新時期稅務改革的弄潮兒。
原以為學習過的我，已能駕駛著計算機駛入稅務信息的高速公路，接觸工作才知道理論和實際相差很遠，為了跟上稅務信息的發展，適應工作，痛定思痛後，我從自修英語起步，同時說通父母，花了壹萬多元搬回了電腦，並購置和借閱了多種計算機方面的書籍，也從這時起我就和孤獨結下了不解之緣。近兩年的時間，晚上我常常是守著書桌上的壹盞臺燈打發掉的，或看書，或寫作，或打開心愛的電腦。我也到處學藝，分局信息組的同事就是我的良師，我們經常在壹起討論，相互學習，取長補短，有不少時候，為了壹個問題，我們常常爭論的面紅耳赤，為了壹個方便的解決辦法，我們絞盡腦汁，而壹旦有了結果，我們又欣喜若狂。
青春的美麗在於不斷的創造和不停的超越自己。正是這段孤獨和寂寞的日子，我重新明白了青春奉獻與創造的意義，徹底放棄了泡在網絡聊天和電子遊戲的所謂“虛擬人生”中卻大言不慚地說這就是“E時代人類”的“精神家園”的陳腐思想。
經過壹段艱辛的努力，經過無數孤獨中知識的積累，對《征管法》孜孜不倦的學習，我這只苯鳥也有了質的飛躍，工作起來也倍感輕松，遊刃有
