在加入公司之前, 他就職於德勤會計師事務所上海分所的稅務與商務咨詢部門。在德勤期間，他為多家跨國公司提供並購盡職調查、企業重組、國際稅務咨詢服務；客戶包括道達爾、華潤集團、諾華制藥、Mirae Assest Management 等。
Prior to joining this Company, he worked in the taxation & commercial consulting department in Shanghai branch of Deloitte &Touché, during which, he provided services to many multi-national companies in regarding to merge due diligence, enterprise reshuffle and international taxation consulting. The clients are including TOTAL, China Resources, Novartis and Mirae Assest Management, etc.
王三畢業於新加坡南洋理工大學電子工程系，曾在松下新加坡半導體從事芯片開發與項目管理工作；對高科技與制造業有較深刻的了解。
San Wang graduated from Electronic Engineering Department of Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He was once engaged in clip development and project management in Panasonic (Singapore) Semiconductor and has profound knowledge of high-tech and manufacturing.
